Studio in "le Marais"

The studio is located near "place des Vosges", in the "Marais" quarter of Paris, 5 min walk from the Picasso museum, the Carnavalet museum, 15 min walk from the Paris City Hall ("Hotel de Ville"), 20 min walk from the Notre Dame cathedral.

The studio is situated in "rue du Grand Veneur, a private pedestrian street ending in a rose garden, along a XIXth century townhouse ("hotel particulier"). The nearest metro stations are "St. Paul" and "Chemin Vert".

The apartment (area 26 sqm or 280 sqft) is in a modern building, first floor (for French and British) or second floor (for US) with an elevator. It is very quiet. It includes a living room with a large window overlooking a courtyard. There is a very comfortable and large bed, a closet, a chest of drawers, table and chairs, a CD/FM stereo. Easy access to internet via wi-fi.

The kitchen is equipped with two vitroceramique burners, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, a toaster oven, a coffee maker, and a cupboard which contains cooking utensils and dishware.

There is a large bathroom with a bathtub and a shower, a cupboard and a toilet. Towels and sheets are provided.
